Today is the BIG day! The day we have all been waiting for… June 20th 2009. The beginning of the rest of our lives. We are incredibly excited not only for today but for what the future holds. Later today we will make a commitment to one another forever and we are excited to share that moment with all of our friends and family.

What a great day! Chad, my dad and the groomsmen went and had measurements done for tuxedos while me, the moms and all my girls hung out at my house and had a lovely afternoon! Later on I made and awesome spaghetti dinner for all my friends and family and after that…..
I paid for my wedding dress!!! It should arrive sometime in the next month, I cannot wait. My veil already came a few days ago, I try it on all the time, it’s huge and very….curly Perfect.
My invitations for the bridal shower and for the wedding arrived last week. I designed them all myself and they turned out beautiful! Time to start addressing envelopes!
Things are coming together very nicely. My polka dot dream is coming to life!!!
There’s only 4 months and 11 days until we’re married and 4 months and 12 days until we’re playing in the ocean and relaxing on the beaches of Mexico.
Getting Married in 7 Months and 8 Days

I cant believe how quick the big day is sneaking up on us. I have had so much fun planning things, especially lately. Last week we went to the travel agent and finally decided on a honeymoon destination: Mexico! The Rivera Maya to be precise. We haven’t decided on a location yet, we have 4 really amazing resorts to choose from. We leave the day after the wedding
I figured it was about time to start using the website. I havent really had much to say up until now. I have all my dates set for rehersals fittings, tastings showers and parties. My amazing little sister (and my bff) Carol made me a ton of different inviations to choose from, the final decision is perfect. Next week I start labeling invites with our return address and stuffing them. My mother and mother in law are in charge of addressing them, they’re the only ones with nice handwriting.
So pretty much, I’m ahead of the game and I only plan to go further. I want June 20th to be as stress free as possible. If anybody wants to come help on some of the big project days I have planned next year please let me know!
